This book offers a selection of texts in English through which the reader can revise basic grammar rules of this essential lingua franca. The topics include an up to date selection of texts taken from Internet. The target is a reader who is familiar with English, but who is not always at ease with how the language works. Grammar is dealt with in a new and communicative way using the text as a starting point. The book is divided into five sections dealing with the Language of Tourism, the Language of the Law, the Language of Economics, the Language of Entertainment and the Language of Instructions. Each section includes exercises to improve reading comprehension, to increase vocabulary through use of English, topics for discussion as well as writing exercises to reinforce this very important ability.
